A graduate of the University of Puerto Rico School of Law and certified mediator and arbitrator, Attorney Carlos Hernandez prides himself on his work in complex commercial litigation and business advice in the areas of corporate compliance, antitrust, health law, insurance, employment, regulated markets, banking, real estate, legislative and government affairs, and ethics. His capacity to anticipate possible obstacles along with his exceptional communication skills not only make him a top-notch negotiator, but also an adaptive, trustworthy, and engaging attorney.
He believes preparation is key to success, as he recalls one of the greatest challenges and defining moments in his career was when he led a Health Law Conference in front of 200 spectators. Not only was he able to cultivate great interest in the subject, Attorney Hernandez is most proud of the fact he was able to actively support important initiatives that are close to his heart.
Passionate about advocacy for youth, Attorney Hernandez has been long involved with initiatives that are focused on youth empowerment and community development. He once served as member of the board of directors of a non-profit organization engaged in social change through young leaders, as well as project manager for a social enterprise in projects related to sustainable community tourism in Puerto Rico. His hobbies incorporate his passion for his home town, as Attorney Hernandez is an avid nature explorer and has a deep appreciation for the natural beauties that island life has to offer.
