Attorney David B. Owen Jiménez earned his law degree from Pontifical Catholic University in 2013, and was admitted to the Puerto Rico State Bar in 2014. As a professional of the Federal Bar Association, he prioritizes strong client relationships and effective communication. Attorney Jiménez is an energetic, self-motivated attorney at law originally from Staten Island, New York but born and raised in Puerto Rico. He currently works actively in the private sector, in fields such as Intellectual Property, Trademark and Copyright Infringement, Collection Claims, Labor Disputes, Corporate Law, Foreclosures, Family Law, Social Security, Medical Malpractice, Administrative Law and other civil matters.
Attorney Jiménez aspires to provide excellent legal counsel thanks to his extensive experience and intuitive insights. Success driven and results oriented, he refuses to back down from a challenge, which are the very characteristics that have led him to being in good standing with the Puerto Rico State Bar, the United States District Court for the District of Puerto Rico, and the Notary Puerto Rico.
Passionate about philanthropy and giving back to the community, Attorney Jiménez enthusiastically participates in fundraisers and athletic charity events that support cancer patients. He also was an active supporter of the Anti-Bullying practices of Puerto Rico’s public education system, which is also where he served as a loyal member of the Sports Law Society, and legal aid clinic. He is inherently competitive in nature and always seeking a practical solution to even the most complex of problems. Attorney Jiménez prides himself on his insatiable desire to succeed on behalf of his clients, as he believes in upholding his personal ethics and integrity above all.
