As a Public Civil Notary, he is responsible for drafting private and public legal documents. A 2013 graduate of Inter American University of Puerto Rico, School of Law, he always knew he wanted to find a way to proactively correct any and all injustices of the world. Thanks to his parents’ immense sacrifices, Attorney Rivera was able to prioritize education and use it as a means to achieve success while simultaneously helping those in need of a strong communicator and legal representative.
Attorney Rivera is in good standing with the American Bar Association as well as the Colegio de Abogados de Puerto Rico. He is an avid scuba diver and surfer, and is quite passionate about defending the coastlines and beach fronts of Puerto Rico, particularly those on the west side of the island.
